1. Application
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the TAFRUN website and TAFRUN Apps (collectively, the “Services”) provided by TAFRUN (the “Operator”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Services
The Services help users organise and manage goals, daily actions, ToDos, and similar information. The Services currently provided are free of charge.
The Services do not guarantee the achievement of goals, results, income, admission to education, employment, or any other particular outcome.
3. Accounts
You may be able to create an account to use certain features of the Services. You are responsible for keeping registration information accurate and for appropriately managing your password and other authentication information.
Except where the Operator is legally responsible, you are generally responsible for actions taken using your authentication information.
4. Data entered by users
You represent that you have the rights necessary to enter and use goals, ToDos, notes, and other information in the Services.
The Operator handles this data to the extent necessary to provide, store, secure, troubleshoot, and otherwise operate the Services.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not engage in unauthorised access, impersonation, excessive load generation, improper analysis or interference with systems, infringement of others’ rights, violations of law, or any other conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Services.
6. Advertising
Advertising may be displayed in the Services. Please see the Privacy Policy for information about advertising and related technologies.
7. Changes, suspension, and termination
The Operator may change, suspend, or end the Services for reasonable reasons including feature improvements, security measures, or legal compliance. For changes that significantly affect users, we will endeavour to give advance notice through a reasonable method.
8. Deleting data and accounts
You may be able to delete applicable data or your account through methods provided in the Services. Cloud data removed with an account and guest data stored on a device may be managed separately.
9. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Services belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holders. These Terms do not transfer or license those rights to you.
10. Warranties and liability
The Operator makes reasonable efforts to maintain the security and stability of the Services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of all defects, that data will not be lost, or any other completeness.
Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law and other mandatory law.
11. Restriction of use
If we confirm a serious breach of these Terms, misuse, conduct that harms the security of the Services, or similar conduct, the Operator may restrict or suspend use of the Services to the necessary and reasonable extent.
12. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may change these Terms where there are changes to the Services or applicable law, or other reasonable grounds. If a change significantly affects users, we will notify you through the Services or another appropriate method.
13. Applicable law and similar matters
These Terms do not limit rights that users have under applicable consumer-protection law or other mandatory law.
