To the extent necessary to provide the Services, the Operator may handle email addresses, information necessary for authentication, and user IDs.
The Operator may also handle goals, ToDos, notes, deadlines, completion status and history entered by users; language, time zone, notification and other settings; and cookies, IP addresses, device and browser information, and similar information.
On the TAFRUN website, Google Analytics 4 may process the URLs of pages viewed, referrers, access dates and times, language, device and browser information, identifiers such as cookies, and information about consent status.
3. Purposes of use
We use this information to provide and maintain the Services; authenticate and manage accounts; store and synchronise data; provide notifications; maintain security; prevent misuse; respond to issues and enquiries; and improve the Services.
Information obtained through Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the TAFRUN website is used and to improve the Services.
4. Data stored on your device
The Services may use browser storage such as localStorage to provide features and save settings and data.
When you use the Services without signing in, data you enter is mainly stored on your device.
5. Accounts and cloud storage
When you use an account, the Operator uses Supabase for authentication and cloud storage. Data belonging to signed-in users may be stored and synchronised in the cloud to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
Cloud data and guest data stored locally on a device may be managed separately.
6. Push notifications
If you enable push notifications, the Services may handle subscription information, notification settings, notification times, time zone, and display language. This information is used to provide notifications at the time and in the language you select.
7. Cookies and advertising
The Services may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sign-in status, provide features, analyse usage, and support advertising-related technologies. Google Analytics 4 may use Analytics cookies. When Google AdSense is used, Google and others may handle cookies, IP addresses, device or browser information, and other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, or fraud prevention.
The Services use Google Consent Mode. In applicable regions such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, choices to consent, refuse, or manage detailed settings are provided through Google’s consent management tools, and the storage of Analytics and advertising-related cookies is controlled according to the user’s consent status.
With Advanced Consent Mode, limited measurement signals without cookies may be sent to Google even when the use of cookies has been refused. Users can manage their choices through Google’s consent management tools.
8. External services
The Services may use Supabase for authentication and cloud storage, Google Analytics 4 for usage analysis, and Google AdSense for advertising delivery and advertising-related technologies. Google may process information as the provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense. These external services may handle information in accordance with their respective roles and applicable policies.
9. Retention
The Operator retains information to the extent necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, maintain security, and fulfil the purposes described above. Retention periods differ according to the type of information and purpose of use.
10. Deleting data and accounts
You may be able to delete applicable data through the methods provided in the Services. In Apps that offer account deletion, you can delete your account and cloud data.
Guest data stored on your device may remain separately after an account or cloud data is deleted. How to delete device data depends on the features of your device or browser.
11. Your rights
Under applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to the processing of, port, or withdraw consent for your information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
12. Use by minors
The Services are not intended exclusively for minors. Where applicable law requires consent from a parent, guardian, or similar person for a minor’s use, please obtain the necessary consent before using the Services.
13. Security
The Operator takes reasonable safeguards to reduce the risks of unauthorised access, leakage, alteration, loss, and other risks to information. However, because the Services use the internet, we cannot guarantee complete security.
14. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may change this Policy where there are changes to applicable law, the Services, or other reasonable grounds. If a change is important, we will notify you through the Services or another appropriate method.
